optics. Politicians have to been seen to do something, even if it's useless or the wrong thing. They wouldn't have the guts to ban all fans unless the numbers get really bad.

I fell for it myself this time, as I'm glad they addressed, even half assed way. I'd be ticked to have to cancel a gathering while 20,000 can still go to a game.

Mandatory vaccine is not new. This is not an authoritarian or new phenomenon or a form of oppression. Do you want to join the military? You need your vaccines. You want to travel to certain tropical vacation destinations? You need your vaccine.

Do you feel the government literally forcing you to pay taxes is authoritarian? They force you to drive on the right side of the road. Do we revolt? The government forces you to do a lot of things, but this is where you draw the line?

Yes, forcing people to put something in their body they do not want is where I draw the line. keep giving your freedoms up bit by bit and there will be nothing left. I have seen government take control many many many times, I don't know that I have ever seen them give it up. I will say this too, my kids will not receive it. The tiny danger it has shown to be to children does not justify treating my kids like test subjects.

Researchers and scientists aren't politicians. When it comes to your body, they literally know how to protect yourself from a virus. This isn't about politics, it's about literally protecting yourself on a biological level.

Did people claim ‘my body my rights’ when polio hit? Even less harsh viruses like measles?? Or did that pull up their sleeves and realize sometimes the world is bigger than them??
