With that said, Omnicron is clearly rampant here. Glad its all just precaution/asymptomatic but this is insane.
All sports are having the same issues too.
I have this feeling the World Juniors may get cancelled/postponed after seeing how bad this is.

It's running through the Cleveland Browns at a similar rate as Mayfield and Stefanski are now positive. It appears this new variant is extremely difficult to contain once infects a member of a group and it's probably a matter of time until other teams suffer a similar fate.

I'm just glad to see Sutter not on the list. Most at risk on the team, and I don't know how it would impact Chris, as well.

Omicron is what has changed............what am I missing? The whole point is this seemingly far more contagious variant has likely arrived, and I think the point the poster was making is the reason we'd find it in NHL teams is that they are proactively testing asymptomatic people every 3 days. In the general population you don't get tested if you don't have symptoms (or another reason to test, like close contact).

Really? Crap.
Chris is a grown person now and maybe he is independent enough to live somewhat apart from them, with other family maybe. The various houses on the ranch aren't too distant from each other.

4-8 times more contagious that Delta. Rnots over 4 in Ontario.
We might see a pause league wide within days. Its going to run through many teams soon.
Had 5 Flames games lined up over Christmas with my sons back from Uni. Was so looking forward to that.
WJC, Olympics all seem very doubtful now.
Fairly optimistic it might peak quickly in January. Good thing we have February for make up games once this wave passes.
