Read my post. Did carolina deserve to win? Their fans are likely thinking they got away with a stolen point tonight. They werent good tonight either.

What a weird game to be calling out the goalie.
It's a comment from his overall work in close games Has he stolen a game this year?

He's lost the same number of games as he's won. He's not the leading vezina contender right now.

Oilers lose 3-2 in regulation to the Bruins. Even with the point it's still a great evening!

Monahan needs to get another shot in OT - play him with OK and Dube or someone else that can skate well.

Playing a top team like the Canes is going to be tough any night. Nice to see the Flames able to hang with the big boys. The effort was there and a game I think they should have won. Some strange puck luck though. Two odd plays that normally are freebies and we’re singing a different tune.

The Anderson experiment on the first PP unit needs to end. He just doesn’t have the skill to be at the point for the man advantage. I’d like to see Kylington out there. Worth a shot since it’s clearly not working.

Tyler Toffolli would fit quite nicely I think.

3 pucks pulled off the goal line in one game is bad luck...they were crashing the net on those plays

That play by Rasmus where he had a great chance to shoot but held it and took himself into the corner is something I hope is on video tomorrow morning. Just a boneheaded play. Chances were hard to come by and you pass up a great shot and try to pass it in front?

Also Mangiapane on a 2 on 1 with 4 minutes to go and he makes a high risk pass to Backlund? Who even if he receives the pass has a worse shot than Mangiapane?

Really weird choices.

Canes are an easy team to like. They play a very disciplined game and as a team. I really like Necas

Oh god shut up...Flames have the best goals against in the league. You honestly think he deserved a loss tonight?

Every quarter poll had him top 3...get him some goal support FFS

Coaches need to talk to Rasmus about shooting if they’re going to play him. Ridiculous overthinking, just wire it.

I like Anderson’s skating and general defensive play. Chips in offensively a little too, but he is no where near skilled or dynamic enough of a player to be out there in OT. It is a failing experiment for sure. I cringe every OT and power play that he is on.

Two defensive powerhouses end up 1-1 going into overtime. It's the game it was hyped up to be.

Flames deserved to win that game. Sucks to lose a point. But we were the better team. That’s all you can do sometimes.

Disappointing result, but great effort once again outplaying an opponent yet coming up short. Now the coaching staff needs to keep the team loose and on an even keel so that frustration doesn't manifest.

Precursor to a playoff series. Someone had to lose. I really enjoyed this game. Both teams were relentless.

If that was true, the Flames wouldn’t be in first place.

I'm not sure that I've seen a team with so many almost goals in a game before. At least the bonus point wasn't to a conference rival.
