Honestly can't believe we're having Eichel remorse discussions after one period and a one goal deficit that had nothing to do with Eichel, whos not even seen playing time and won't for months
I guess I shouldn't underestimate this board though.

That period was one of the top 5 worst periods the Flames have played this season. They were completely neutralized and outclassed. If I’m the Flames team, I’m doing everything I can to avoid this team in the playoffs. Their speed and ability to check is absolutely frightening. Even a basic dump was difficult to pull off.
Also, Hanifin. Dude has to do a better job reading the play there. He’s got 3 forwards up on the forecheck which means no support, he can’t just leave his post to make a low percentage pinch attempt there, that had a 2 on 1 written all over it and Pacioretty as the trigger man? Bad bad read.
