I lol'ed when Lewis was on the radio saying the tire wall looked fine as they tv cuts to the wall looking all shredded and mangled.

Like I said, the safer barriers have to be 100% for maximum efficiency, any deviation can lead to a spectacular failure. See it in Nascar all the time.

Jesus Christ, Crofty stop embarrassing yourself. This isn’t a ####ing conspiracy. You’re literally the only one who thinks so. Michael Masi doesn’t work for RB. We’ve had multiple races with red flags before. It’s the flip of the coin.

If this was lap 30 and Max had just pitted, would it be a conspiracy if Lewis pitted under a safety car a short time later?

LOL. That didn't go well. Max should give that back, Lewis clearly got him at the start, and he didn't get anywhere near making the corner.

But then I also hope Lewis gets a penalty for delaying the start. He won’t but I’d love it if he did. Or Max should do it even worse on the restart. I want to see him like half a lap behind.


And Bottas slowing behind the safety car. Merc and Bottas should be penalized for that.

This whole situation is bush league. Being in Saudi Arabia, this garbage track, the facilities being half finished, the lack of rule enforcement from the stewards. It’s all just a big joke.

How many years is this track on the calendar? Not really great if red flags come out all the time. I think F2 had the same issue.

I'm no Lewis fan and this is gonna sound slanted but Lewis looked like he just forgot to turn and ran Verstappen out, much like a few races ago when Verstappen did something similar.

I think this corner is trickier because of the quick right hander at turn 2 immediately after. So Lewis may have been following a more natural line. I think I’d have to see a comparison between Lewis’ line on that lap and a regular one.

A driver could’ve died in F2 but due to a stall on the start. Not sure what the current situation is. I’m guessing broken legs.

That's an odd take. Lewis's car was entirely in front of Max. Max only got alongside as he went off the track. Watch the replay from Ocon, Max had no hope of being on the track on the racing line.

Seems like they all made a fair compromise, ocon 1, Lewis 2, max 3 on restart. So they are giving Lewis spot back but Ocon takes the lead.
