Can the op reiterate why a facility built to look like a typical Middle Easter village to train soldiers in urban CQB is bad when said soldiers at one point had a high chance of being deployed to urban areas in the Middle East?

I'm confused why this was ever a big deal?

I’m confused by your post. You made me an offer and I accepted, when you didn’t hold up your end of the agreement I made a point of stating so and asked that you follow through next time we have an agreement. You then denied that I agreed to your terms and conditions, demanding I accept your offer again before you would send the video. This strongly implies that you understood the previous offer was no longer agreed to. Before receiving any response from me you stated that I had accepted your offer and sent me a link to a Facebook page, after which you demanded that I send you payment/make a donation.

Now I’m a reasonable person so I’ll tell you what, take the $250 you feel I should be donating to charity out of the $5000 I feel that you owe me for not sending the video and donate that to charity instead and we’ll call it even.

You make no sense. You said I reneged on the deal. So was there a deal or not? There was no time limit on the deal.
