He has had better games - didn't play the puck leading to that second goal so well.

I loved the Monahan line trying pretty hard to score again after Johnny's empty netter.

Zadorov and Gudbranson were very good. They shut down every play in the D zone

Looch not putting his stick on that puck and instead lifting the stick of the Chicago player and letting Trevor Lewis get that EN goal is the play of the year for me. Such a “team guy” play. I love love love that stuff!

I heart Looch

Hawks suffering from the emotional let down of not playing the Oilers.

I said this a few weeks ago except said 2nd best and was torn apart by the masses.

I still think Tanev is better simply for his defence. But Kylington is for sure number 2 and a case can be made for number 1.

Had to pop in and out most of the night.

Totally felt like Chicago was going to get a bounce when it was 2-2 but the Flames gutted it out.

They are winning in different ways this year, which I think is the sign of a good team.

Also with Gaudreau and Tkachuk finally get scored on 5 on 5 this season, they both still ended the game with a +1.
