Monahan has offensive instincts for sure. You don't score that many goals without that so I'm not surprised he sees the ice well and can make a good pass. It just seems his skills aren't what they used to be.

And if they can go 2 months without getting drubbed 12-1 by some hated rival, which has been a "mark it on the calendar" kind of thing for the last few years, maybe they can keep playing with some confidence and zip.
