I'm not terribly anxious about that. The Flames have no need to hang with Florida unless they make the SCF, and Colorado is having its own troubles hanging with teams at the moment.
If the Flames have to face Colorado in the third round in order to move on to Florida in the fourth, I'm sure fans of all three teams will be well pleased.

Wow. I'm not even the one advocating for him to be fired right now or posting to keep the fire Treliving thread top of page. I was just answering why it was where it is and why some could feel this way.
Yes, the team is off to a great start and I'm happy for it. They almost certainly won't get anywhere near 128 points but I hope they keep it up and make the playoffs.
Anyway, didn't want to be arguing with you all night and I, obviously, didn't articulate what I was trying to say properly.

I knew he had the raw skill to do it, but I was glumly resigned to the idea that the kid was all tools and no toolbox. This year he's found his toolbox, and it looks great.

107 points like their 18-19 season looks pretty doable. Obviously, as long as there isn't a lengthy dip in play.
Start is very reminiscent of their play that year.
