No please no Hanifin in OT. I think that experiment is done. Last 2 OT goals before tonight were a direct cause of his play. I think thats why Sutter replaced him with Tanev.

I never thought I'd see a Lucic goal assisted by Gudbranson and Zadorov. Also, shocked that Zadarov and Gudbranson have multi point games this season

Dube and Mangiapane didn’t do very much. They’ve been quiet for a little while. First line was inconsistent. Monahan’s line worked pretty hard but man was he by himself a lot.

I also thought that should have been a call in OT when Mangiapane got hauled down but oh well, good to get the point.
Didn't think it was a bad game overall but playing from behind and having Dallas tie it up with 5 seconds left in the second period there that stung. Markstrom seemed to be a bit off and played the puck more than usual as well.
Nice goal by Tkachuk, goal and an assist for Zadarov so that was all good. Also thought Backlund, Gaudreau and Gudbrandson all had good games, really noticeable.
You're not going to win every game but getting points counts, maybe not quite a full team effort tonight but not a bad game.

Pretty rare to see Tanev a -3. Especially when his partner was even. Didn't think Tanev had a bad game at all.

Mangiapane has been invisible for 3 games in a row.
Dube made some bonehead plays on the PP that could have resulted in a shorthanded goal.
Would not be shocked if Dube doesn't play Saturday.

I’ve always found Benn and Seguin to be the most frustrating of players. I can see why Dallas fans are frustrated with them too. Every single time the flames play them it feels like they are putting in little to no effort or drive… yet they always seem to score. I can’t remember the last time the flames played them where they didn’t score on the flames… yet it rarely feels like Benn and Seguin are having a dominating game. It’s so frustrating.

If you were a coach I don't think you would be able to ice a team. You'd have everyone watching from the stands for some minor offense.
