One would hope for Vikings fans that Zimmer finally gets axed at the end of the season. Such a painful team to watch.

Well it was an interesting Sunday on a couple of accounts. The fact that the Jets have beaten the Titans who at this point likely have to be considered the top team in the AFC and the Bengals who were looking like it before today and no one else seems to sum up the Conference. Titans and Bills winning their Divisions are about the only two things you can really bank on.
Even in the NFC with the Cardinals losing to the Packers and the Saints stopping the Buccaneers, it makes for more teams to look like the top team there. At this point I have to give the nod to Green Bay. When the dust settles I do expect that all of Arizona, Los Angeles, Green Bay, Dallas, Tampa Bay, and New Orleans will be in the playoffs which is 6 of the 7 playoff teams. But I'm not sure how the order will end up, likely the advantage to Green Bay being in the weakest Division.

Can’t be shocked though, he’s got 82 more carries than the next closest player. For reference that’s gonna take Mixon a shade under five full games at his current pace just to catch up to him.

Rams are sending the Broncos a second- and third-round pick in the 2022 draft in exchange for eight-time Pro Bowl LB Von Miller

The 2021 Rams are the poster boys for Super Bowl or bust.

As long as Stafford stays healthy you'd have to say the Rams are pretty heavy favorites now, anything less than Super Bowl is a massive choke job.

Also with the Broncos giving up on the season I would think this means Teddy to the Saints, too logical a fit to not happen.

Oh god I’d take an injured Teddy B over Drew f’n Lock ten times out of ten. If Teddy goes to the saints I hope they just say screw it and let Baby Rypien get out there

I mean you aren't winning anything with Teddy, if you can snag a third rounder for him that would be great business. And playing Lock helps drive down the draft pick which is key now.

Are the Saints winning anything with Teddy? I think Peyton may be one of the best coaches ever when it comes to insulating a QB and they may be able to get to the playoffs with a neutered offense but I don't think they will go far as there's not a lot of margin for error for their defense.
I have to imagine Dennis Allen is going to get another shot at head coach in the coming years. He's run a really good defense and has some head coach experience. I don't blame him for his time with the Raiders as nobody could have won with those stripped rosters.

Bridgewater's appeal is his familiarity with the Saints. Who else would they trade for? Tyrod, Mariota, Trubisky? Might as well take the guy you've successfully worked before. Would make sense IMO.

I'd love that. I can't handle 10 games of Taysom Hill at QB...4 was too much last year. That, and the Saints are hurting so badly with pass catching options they legit need swiss army knife Taysom out there. Put him at QB and there goes another weapon.
I know Siemian is another option, and IMO the better one between him & Taysom. But I think Payton's loyalty to Hill will make him go that way with it, if they don't bring anyone in.
