Lewis is just a decent guy and Pitlick doesn't get a lot of appreciation but he's quietly solid.

Coleman has really been impressing though, his feet don't stop. I feel like that's the difference between looking good and not is if you're skating. That's a little bit of what's hurting Monahan right now, he's not skating enough. Gliding too much.
Fancy stat wise Ritchie was actually really good

Lewis and Monahan were the worst

Gudbranson wasn’t good at all tonight, but when your goalie is a literal brick wall it covers everything

Kylington had a few amazing defensive plays too

It just doesn’t seem like we are getting pushed around anymore.

I think some credit goes to the Flames bringing the right players.

What resource do you use to find these stats post-game?

Aside from all the obvious “good” that’s happening with the team right now, I gotta give some credit to Lewis.
I wasn’t buying into the whole “veteran guy who’s won before” with him, but I must say I see it now. You know exactly what you’re going to get from him, and I don’t think I’ve seen him make a questionable decision yet.
Seems like a guy that a coach just feels comfortable with puting out there at any point in the game, which must be a good feeling

I am glad we didn't lose Kylington to expansion draft or traded him for a bag of pucks.

So delighted with the effort on the trip. No collapse after difficult situations. Some nailbiting pressure at times but they didn't fall down. Darryl is a masterful coach. Congratulations team.

And I was reasonably pessimistic...but kinda hoping. Happy to see Darryl getting the most out of the team and having them gelling so well right at the start of the year..and more importantly RIGHT AT THE START OF EVERY GAME!

So far, they've been ready to go at puck drop. And that is the biggest change of all. Playing with structure and confidence has helped...because they're ready to go.

I've said it a few times in the past, and I probably said it before the expansion draft, Kylington has always been a better defenseman than Shea Theodore, who absolutely blew up in Vegas. If he were a Kraken, he'd probably be getting 20+ minutes a night there already.
