That one looked like the goalie was expecting Lucic to pass over for the one timer, and didn't expect him to keep it, so was prepping for the slideover, and got caught by Lucic actually shooting.

He almost always shoots, plus goalie takes the shooter.

DeSmith knew it, but that shot was a bullet and got through while he was still on his way down.
It reminds me of many goals Iginla scored from the other wing.

Markstrom is playing great but imo the flames have done a good job limiting quality chances against. A lot of perimeter shots.
