I get why this has to happen, I really do.
But.
As a Panthers fan, seeing the only coach to really do anything significant with this team having to go now just as they're peaking....well, that kinda sucks. As a fan.
But.
I get it. It just sucks.

I'd bet on Quenneville out but Derek Mackenzie takes over as interim while they conduct a search and interview process.

What do you think abut Torts as a potential replacement? Arguably lateral move at worst. Although, obviously something to be said for existing chemistry.

I'm just going to say, I don't think Joel is a bad person, just insensitive. He ####ed up. We all do sometimes. I hope he can use this to go into youth hockey down here and develop good young men who don't let this happen in the future.
