I washed my car Sunday night. All shiny and red - not so much now. You can blame me for bring this on us. Farmers should love me.

This stuff ain't lasting.... has a slush base to it - my bike tire cut through it cleanly.

It WAS fun. I remember helping a bunch of people get their cars out of being stuck in the snow. I don't know why, but that was a lot of fun.

Apparently Grande Prairie broke some records for snow yesterday. A friend of mine sent me pictures of her office window - couldnt see anything.

One of my favorite parts of Calgary weather: 3:00 yesterday, it was +14. By 9:00, it was -2. 16 degrees in six hours.

There was a 5 minute black-out here (Franklin Industrial park) just around noon.

Really?

It was almost exactly noon here, and my UPS didn't even have a chance to die. I wonder where the divide was?

You assumed by 'our way' I meant Calgary, assumptions are the mother of all..

But it is easy to see how you came to this conclusion since this is a Calgary weather thread, I simply thought my name alone would be enough..

This is why we have a "location" area- so that people can see what your location is.
