Except none of those guys have made the mistakes Gaudreau has made.

Also, Pitlick and Lucic are not 13th forwards. Lewis either. Ritchie, I'll give you that one.

Was the (Caps Dman with weird name) a soft goal? I don't think so. I think maybe it was saveable, but the guy had time and space to walk into a dangerous area and pick a spot that any coach would be irate about.

Was the Ovechkin goal from a bit too far out and too wide an angle? Yes. Was it Alex Ovechkin, though? Yes.

If we lose, maybe we can say Vladar should have been better. Just as Markstrom should have been better in games 1 and 2.

But right now Vladar has the team in a tie game on the road going into the third. Let's let the players tighten up their coverages, and also get back on the offensive. See if Vladar can make a save going forward.

Pitlick and Lucic have certainly been playing like 13th forwards to start the season. There's nothing there at all.

Lol you obviously have an agenda...yes it was a bad turnover. He didn't bail on the play he is 150 lbs, he actually dove to try and get it back.
