Default October 22 with four games.

The Friday OOT will start an hour earlier than normal.
The Sharks are playing very well on the road.

Scoreless tie so far in the Sharks-Leafs game, late in the first period. Hill and Hutchinson are the, goalies.

4-2 Sharks over Leafs in the 3rd.

Hutchinson has been awful.

Yeah, I don't know... I'm actually pretty pleased the Sharks beat the Leafs, even though they're in the division. Does that say more about my dislike of the Leafs or more about how I don't take this 4-0 start for San Jose remotely seriously?

Dubas really messed that team up. Lots of talent, zero balance. Betting on Campbell and Mrazek is nuts. The big guns really need to get their #### together in the playoffs obviously. We think Gaudreau is bad, Marner has been even worse and he makes $3.5m more per year. There's no reason a team with that kind of fire power shouldn't bulldoze its way to the conference finals. The leafs haven't had a team with this much theoretical potential in decades. Their choking makes the early 90s Flames look like nothing in comparison.

The moment Nylander sat out and they caved, it was over. After that Marner and Matthews knew they were calling their shot, and to top it off he went out and added Tavares. Top heavy with no depth on D and no goalie.

Rielly walking this off season is going to be the coup de grâce on his mess.

With the way the market has finally corrected for top pairing dmen, you have to think Reilly is getting 7x 9.5m on the open market. Toronto NEEDS to keep Reilly, but I don't see how they can. Maybe by trading Nylander and ridding themselves of Muzzin or Brodie, because they still need a goalie. Just going to open a new hole to try to keep what they have. Imo they are going to lose Matthews at the end of his deal too. Window is shutting before it really even opened

No we don’t. And I’m not even one of his ardent fans here.

Bad in the playoffs. And yes. He is heavily criticized for it. Mostly unfairly because it's crazy to expect to win in the playoffs with a 5-9 160 lb winger as your primary peice

Sorry should've communicated that more clearly. For the record, I love Gaudreau. I think he is top 5 in pure talent in the history of the franchise. The fanbase takes him for granted because the team is so uninspiring. He's a special player and I hope he retires a flame

Maybe it helps the Sharks they don't have that cancer on the team anymore.
They might have a bounce back year.

It is tough to see any bouncing back with that roster. The Sharks look awful.

Who is going to win in Vegas tonight? The Knights look like they could be in trouble.

Olympic years are always weird years. Aging stars seem to take the season more serious and that of course helps their teams. Bunch of Sharks playing for olympics. Wouldn't shock me if they were good this season.

Edmonton will. Their eventual collapse will be all the sweeter after they start the season with a big winning streak to raise expectations and hopes. The collapse will be beautiful.
