Bennet was an enigma? How ? He was developed to fail here. The team favoured the dynamic of monny and Johnny over a center who gave more physically than those two.
Monohan injured? When ? What time ? Which injury? He isn’t intense and he plays passively until he gets a gift wrapped chance from Johnny. Not a center for me. He was outclassed by MacKinnon I’m that series undeniably.
Man if only Colorado took our trade of monohan and Poitier and klimchuck for MacKinnon. We should have traded them even more. Sigh. Always the bridesmaid never the bride with this squad.
Your ignorance is not worth my effort.
Sleep well.

Yeah, but I'm counting on the CP Positivity Police to see to it that those questions are dogpiled for a while because he's "playing injured" for the umpteenth time.
Oilers are a team with 2 of the most dynamic offensive players in the league. They have competent management and are surrounding their team with good pieces slowly. They are gonna be in line for more meaningful hockey than we are any time soon. Mediocre results come from mediocre expectation. Sadly it’s a Calgary motif.
This team sucks. Gonna be a long year and we are back to the mediocrity of finishing ~11-9 in the conference, just enough to ensure ####ty draft choices (who the flames can’t develop anyways)
Gonna embrace panthers fandom I think. Can’t be any worse than following this team
Looking back on the league scorerboard over the past 3 days the team with the most shots on goal only won 8 out of 19 games. I don't care about SOG or corsi or moral victories. I want an entertaining team that finds ways to win. The Flames are now neither of those things.

WTF is going on here?
Oilers fluked out and got McDavid yet are capped out for his prime with a very average team
They allowed 85 shots in 2 games and have a 40 year old starter
the ####

A guy that doesn't get talked about is Dube. He's getting quality minutes and I don't think he's playing smart hockey. For a guy that is arguably our fastest player, he doesn't utilize his speed very well. Even when he almost had the two on one with Mony, instead of passing to Mony and skating wide to create that two one, he holds on to the puck and continues to skate beside Mony making it easy for Cam Fowler to negate the rush. These no hockey IQ plays is why he shouldn't be on the second line.

You are forgetting that McLovin and Saddlesore account for most of the Oilers scoring. Can't rely on 2 players if you hope to go anymore. Or the 5 Giordano's they have on defence.
Fluked out isn’t the word I’d use. They were atrociously bad long enough to ensure they could have exploited the lottery draft terms. You have to commit to being bad to get those types of generational players. Tampa was bad enough to draft Hedman, stamkos and lecavalier. Those players were instrumental for establishing their respective team identities for both of their cup winning windows.

They had like a 9% chance in that lottery
Also, go look at the Oilers cap situation...they aren't adding ####

Management drove that team into the ground and they were gifted a generational player because of that. Nothing good about how that team is run.
