Elias being Tkachuk's triggerman appears to be very effective so far. Tkachuk very good at threading those passes, and Lindholm just letting them rip.
Combined for 2 goals in 2 games so far.

Tkachuk Gaudreau Lindholm have great chemistry. I think you move Monahan to a lower line and maybe try Dube as a center for a while. Monahan just isn't right.

This is the best the Flames have looked in probably 2 years. They seem to have lots of jump, they're skating hard, creating pressure, and shooting the puck from everywhere. They're also playing smart defensively. I like it.

Sutter has an undeniable effect on teams that leads to success. As much as people might pick at his methods/demeanor.
Just didn't have enough time to change their fortunes last season. But this is why ownership put its trust in this man a second time.
