Me thinks Gruden may be gone by Wednesday. I get that he's marks man crush but he will have to do the right thing here for the organization. It's clear that it affected the players as some of them were horrible on Sunday as that game was close to a thrown game.

I'm sure there's language in the contract that for conduct and since the NFL is bringing this to light I imagine they want Gruden gone and will lend a hand in any lawsuits Gruden may bring on the Raiders or the league.

I want him fired. There is no place for this #### but since he wasn’t a NFL employee at the time, I wonder how easy it’ll be to just fire him

It is good to see Gruden gone. I've never liked the guy and his personality was very off-putting when he was calling games. Having him as a coach must be awful as he seems to believe that he is some sort of football god

It's not like we didn't suspect these attitudes/beliefs are likely pretty commonly held in the NFL, but to have it come out so publicly is a bad look for the league.

I mean we all knew Gruden was a dick before this, we just know he's a bigot and a dick. But what a gift for the Raiders, getting out of that contract scot-free is a massive win for them.

I really like Gruden, probably my favorite personality in football. But of course that is on TV and that is from afar. The evidence since Friday has been really upsetting. Absolutely Davis was firing him today.

Pretty disappointing...I also like Gruden, but stuff like this can't be spun or rationalized.
I actually thought the Raiders were going to turn things around this year, but with the recent skid, tied with this coaching change mid season, it will be interesting to see what happens.
