Mayor - Jan Damery - has a detailed vision with heart
Councillor - Kelly - good nuanced thinking as well as listening skills.
Flouride - No - I don't think we should injest something where the benefits are from topical use. I don't think we know enough about the body, brain and the thyroid to gamble on this, let alone to spend money on it.
Time Change - Yes, it takes a week or two to adjust to each shift. Why drain ourselves?
 Equalization - ?
 Senate - ?
School - Adams, has understanding as a teacher and isn't coming in with another radical shift.

For real, I mean ordinarily I'd assume all incumbents get reelected because name recognition is so valuable in an election without party affiliation... but Magliocca's name recognition is basically all about grift at this moment so I think it'll be a rare occasion where I'd assume the incumbent falls. Heck I'd be surprised if he does better then 3rd place.

This is very, very false.
We know quite a bit about fluoride, it's benefits, and the effects it has on the body. Ingesting it is an effective way to get these befits (at the very least due to the fact that by ingesting it, we are applying it to our teeth as we do so). Topical use (at the dentist/in toothpaste) is only a thing because we don't ingest enough of it.

Damery really impressed me on CBC Eyeopener the other day. I've heard her speak before but this was the first I had really heard her go into detail on her plan. In any other year, or with a better campaign, maybe she could have broken through... but I just can't vote for her when it's a two horse race and the alternative is Farkas. #FARKNO
Kelly seems like a great vote too.

I refuse to vote for anyone out of fear. I dislike how that plays out in American politics. If everyone keeps voting for the best of the two top options, I wonder how we are ever going to encourage growth of the ideal candidates.

Alas, it is a scantron system so that would probably spoil the ballot.

I'm hoping that since the ballots are scanned immediately when you vote, we should have results almost immediately after polls close? I know we used this system on the Olympic plebsicite, but can't remember if results were instantaneous.

I know Chabot has some name recognition having been a councillor previously. But he’s not well supported by signs in the ward from what I can tell.

Ward 10 doesn’t overlap much with where his previous ward 10 was, so it’s mostly not the same area as voted him in before.

I’d be very surprised if he wins.

I predict Harb.
