I would love if he got the boot because he's a good OC that's a mediocre head coach and a terrible talent evaluator. Raiders will never contend for a Super Bowl as long as he's head coach. That said I doubt the league can do much about it outside of fine him maybe and there's no way Mark Davis fires his man crush.
