I'm in Ward 2 and will be going for Wyness as well. Hope she knocks on my door as I have a few questions for her.
As for the mayoral race, I am firmly behind Gondek. I wrote an email to every councillor explaining my displeasure over the new arena design (insert random comment from PepsiFree) and Gondek's office was the only one who actually responded. Not only did she respond, but It was a thoughtful response and not computer generated. We ended up emailing thoughts back and forth on the issue and agreed on many points. Her platform (on her website) is exceptionally detailed and very specific.

Unless you want to move… then you should just move and not pretend it’s because of Farkas?

Fair points. My position is that I would consider relocating if Farkas becomes mayor (I'd give him a trial period first, of course, before making a decision like that. I've lived in other cities so it's not as big a life decision for me as it may seem). In the meantime, I will stick by my principles, like I do every election, and vote for the candidate that I believe the most strongly in, regardless of where they're polling.
Again, by saying Anybody but Farkas, my definition might be a bit different than others (which is my bad, I should have clarified). For me, it means I will not be voting for Farkas, regardless of the outcome.

If Farkas loses, does he disappear from municipal politics?

Embarrassing vote by Farkas. I'll be so disappointed if he's elected mayor.

It's physically impossible for him to vote yes unless the question is "Will you vote NO on everything?"

Good. Glad we have this type of leadership at the local level, when it is sorely lacking at the provincial level.

It's a curious political strategy to mimic Kenney at the local level the governing style and handling of a crucial pandemic question. But hey, what do I know.

So does this Calgary bylaw for vaccine passports mean that any business eligible for the Restriction Exemption Program closes if they don't participate? No option for a business to continue under a pickup/delivery model?

The goal is 40% so owning the anti-gov vote isn’t a terrible strategy.

So, how does this civic bylaw differ? Is it just that it can be enforced by bylaw officers?

The main point of it is that the city is now making vaccine passports mandatory, they're not making businesses make a decision that ends up with them receiving death threats from antivax terrorists. Now businesses can say "No choice, it's not up to us", like they should have been able to all along if Kenney wasn't a coward

No, those businesses can continue to operate...

This makes it required for all "eligible" businesses in the city to require proof of vaccination/recent negative test/medical exemption letter. It isn't optional like at the provincial level.
It also establishes fines for failing to comply: $500 for refusing to provide the required documents; $500 for allowing someone to enter your business without showing the required documents; $200 for failure to display the required signage. The fine is doubled for a second offence and tripled for a third or subsequent offence.

Also, like the mask bylaw, enables local peace officer enforcement
