I find this so interesting. I suspect Duncan hasn't had an issue with the team doctor coming in the training room before a game and shooting him up with a cocktail of pain relievers that he couldn't even name nevermind understand what they're made of so he could play a game. It’s way easier for certain players, if for example they play in the Metro or Central. But that’s not Bertuzzi.

Player can get a negative test I am guessing. Don't see how the player can travel if you are required to be fully vaccination to board a plane. So the said player would only be able to play home games until be forcefully removes his head from his arse and gets vaccinated.
