just incredibly petty stuff, but hardly surprising after their shenanigans in the Argentina game.
I hope they get this fixed by next month, but I doubt it

All the argentina players are at some Croatian island training for 7 more days until they can fly back to london for spurs or Birmingham for villa. It was either that or staying in a hotel room for the 10 days.

It’s just dumb. Make sure they’re vaccinated, have them tested on the way in and let them get along with their lives/jobs.

Watching this game I am reminded again how crazy it is that two different teams have paid thirty million pounds for Christian Benteke.

Normally on 9/11 we honour the heroes and first responders. Spurs decided to honour the terrorists instead

I don’t get it?

That was a complete mess. Nothing could’ve gone worse for Spurs. I do think the second yellow for Tanganga was questionable, but he was somewhat lucky to not get a red in the first place. Nuno just set them up far too passive though, and that was a complete disaster.

I think Son’s impact to the team is bigger then Kane’s.

I’m not sure we kept Kane? He was invisible today.

I know that Ndombele is out of favour, but I can’t understand why you wouldn’t bring him on (before the red) to try to get something happening in the midfield. And why did we never swap Dele for Gil to see if we could get something creative going in general? Just a perplexing Mourinho-lite managerial performance.

On the plus side, we’re top of the table with 0 goal differential and I doubt that’s been done before!

Nuno Effect. I've often said it, the man stands for a terrible brand of football. Don't understand what people see in him.

I agree. Son stirs the drink.

Spurs gonna Spurs though.

Even with some injuries today Van De Beek doesn’t get a start, what did he do to Ole.

The one spot he could, he’s just not convincing enough to overtake Pogba, despite the latter’s defensive responsibility concerns.

I think he could have started instead of Matic too…

He played in all central midfield roles at Ajax and DeBoer thought he was his best as a number 6.

The bolded is the answer. Terrorism ball is also known as Mourinho ball, or Arteta ball, just obscenely negative even when it doesn't have to be.

Also fully agree with the Son > Kane takes, at least when it comes to who is more valuable.

That goal started with an inch perfect precision pass by Matic to get the ball off our goal line. I can’t see DVB making it.

that was karma in its purest form. If Woodman hadn't started to waste time from the first minute, it might have already been half-time.

Wish I would have put some money on Ronaldo getting a hattrick today.

two great goals to make it 4-1. Performance wasn't all that good, but hey - scored 4, Ronaldo with a brace, can't be unhappy with that.

We’ve done it every year.

Gotta love the alphabet.
