Andersson + mangiapane + 1st for Eichel. But that doesn't work salary wise anymore. Maybe Andersson+Monahan+1st?

Wow, this is astounding. How can you possibly have that take? Bingo is very rational about the Flames - sees reasons for hope, criticizes what he doesn't like. There are a few posters who are positive about everything, but Bongo is not even close to being one of them.

One of the most bizarre takes on here - and we see it every single day - is the view that, if you say anything positive at all, or criticize any of the hopelessly, miserably, bitch-at-literally-everything crowd, that you are somehow blindly optimistic and are presumed to agree with everything that the Flames do.

It's just so binary, so black and white - it's like some people have absolutely no nuance or reasonability at all. "You're either with us, or against us!"

It's truly astounding.

So now we have

Hanifin-Tanev
Zadorov-Andersson
Valimaki-Gudbransen
Mackey-Stone
Kylington

9 Dmen which is decent depth but I wonder if one (Valimaki) could be on his way to Buffalo if we all get our wish?

Have to think one of Zary/Pelletier/Coronato would be included if that deal were to happen.

Might also have to move Monahan and/or Andersson to other teams first for a prospect or pick that can be re-routed to Buffalo. It's hard to see them taking in two roster players.

Our TSN media guy Salim Valji first dropped the names Lewis and Gudbrandson as potential targets way back at the start of free agency. But it's not a hard connection to make and several people have predicted this one might happen

It sure does seem that Kylington is destined to be gone before the start of the season, I am not to sure he will clear waivers this year.

Kylington will clear waivers at the beginning of the year. Teams will still be wanting to see their own guys.

Your all dreaming. The Coach and Gm are just out of touch and keeping on with the tradition in Calgary of signing old and useless players (stone not so much).

Low cost depth signings are irrelevant to Eichel ect. They are coming out now because camp is starting soon

Wishful thinking on his part. I can't believe Tre brought in all this D depth for fun.
