It still amazes me that a side arm thrower can come in a throw sub 90 and strike out Stanton who can hit 100 mph fastballs.
I know velo is everything in baseball for pitchers, but location and changing eye level is so important regardless of 99 or 79.

Charlie really should've used Pearson here. If he'd even let one guy on you could've brought in Romano. Buck and Crew were right.

Not with the three batter rule though.
I think it was: let’s warm up Pearson and Romano. Pearson goes in if Jays get the score to 7-3 or higher, if it stays at 3 run differential then go with Romano.
