He has to be running on fumes, to go through three rounds of qualifying and now he's played two four set and two five sets matches. Medvedev will likely roll in straight sets.

She could just as easily have won the previous Kerber service game, too. Kerber hit a line at 0-30, followed by a near-winner that was about 6 inches out on the next return, followed by an unreturnable shot that narrowly missed the baseline from Leylah. This set could be over.
