The Flames just extended Parsons, traded for Werner, and Chechelev is only 20-years-old. "Priority" has nothing to do with it.

Werner was signed as a free agent and is nominally the Flames designated third string call-up.

With Shortridge and Greenfield in Kansas City, there's already a crowded crease in Stockton.

Those two were signed just last week, with the organization knowing full well Chechelev's situation.

Chechelev isn't 20-years-old. He's 20 years old. That's some unnecessary hyphenation, you critic of text.
