Got around to watching Mortal Kombat. Definitely a movie for the fans. But I really enjoyed it, especially towards the end.
I still think I might like the original better, but this one had its moments. I liked the old theme being remixed in... but still just wanted to hear the original theme lol

Is this show worth getting into? I’m a comic fan and consume most media for it. But as soon as Nightwing said “F*** Batman” in the trailer my eyes rolled back so hard and fast.
I can't stand any of the CW shows. Hate them. But Titans is different enough, and I like the characters enough, that it's palatable.
Saying that, it's spin off--Doom Patrol--was so_painfully_slow it gets a class all of its own below the CW stuff.
If anything, I'd say Titans is worth watching a few episodes to see if it clicks with you
I mean we all arent going to like the same shows, and that's okay.
Yeah I dunno if I like the Titans characters enough to get through the cheese. I was able to enjoy Gotham, but only because I love Batman and a few good performances carried it.
Marvel reminds me of the singer song writer who went poppy to get famous and now is just going to do its own thing and keep flexing talent.
Is this going to be on Disney+ as well for premiere access?

No, it will not. It's going to be exclusively in theatres for 45 days, then it will go to Disney+ (sounds like it will be available without any extra cost at that point).
Of course, that was announced before the Delta-surge began and the film's release is still 2 weeks away, so plans could still change.

It doesn't look like they are giving much away, which is great. It almost seems like they chose that spoiler part on purpose given what has already been 'officially' spoiled.

The Spiderman No Way Home trailer leaked with unfinished CGI, I watched a terrible low quality video of the video and all I can say is I'm excited!
Spoiler!
Hello Peter
Couldn't really make out much from the leak, but read an article about it:
Spoiler!
Are the other Sinister Six villains also being brought in from alternate timelines. I'm a bit concerned about them introducing villains without proper backstories, particularly the Lizard and the Green Goblin. The point of these villains is the pre-existing relationship they have with Peter Parker.

I guess the question would be if you watched Spider-Man: Into the spiderverse. Did you need all the character backgrounds to enjoy the movie? cause I certainly didn't.
Also,
Spoiler!
We have back stories for Doctor Octopus from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man movies, Depending on which Green Goblin they go with we have a backstory on both, and Lizard and Electro backstories were fleshed out in The Amazing Spider-Man movies.

I wouldn't say backstories on all villains are necessary. However, the Green Goblin and the Lizard would be pretty weak characters without their personal ties to Peter Parker. If we are getting versions those characters dropped in from other film universes, that's a bit different. Then the question becomes, what' the personal beef with this particular spiderman.

I guess that is what Spider-Man: No Way Home would have to flesh out!
All of the other trailers did basically nothing to show me why this movie was being made and what concept we are looking at, then this one and I'm on board, great trailer.
