Such a frustrating and weird season.
You wanted to see progress in the rebuild, and we did. Big time.
But it feels like theyve wasted what could have been an amazing season bolstered by one of the best offenses in major league baseball, due to a stupid manager, a terrible bullpen and a slew of injuries.
Especially the predictable ones to what they were hoping would be key bullpen arms, like Yates and Merryweather.

Springer has a Grade 1 knee sprain, which is actually pretty decent news. Sounds like he’s out week-to-week. Hopefully he’s back in about 3 weeks, if not less.

That I knew this season was never supposed to be more than a big growth year, was what has made me always keep my expectations super low... Even with how great Ray has been... and the fact that Semien has returned to MVP level.... and we probably lose them both in the off season...
Point is, I feel your frustration but I am trying to remember that this is all house money.

Should've put money on the Jays getting embarrassed again. Finish the road trip with a 3-6 record against non playoff teams.

Definitely some frustration coming out there. But it was 3 hard hit balls and a horrible throw in the field. Spotting your opponent 3 runs before getting an out in a must win game is terrible.

Have a series Riley Adams. Doing his best to prove to the Jays they got rid of the wrong catcher.
Although this gets the pitcher out of the game so if the Jays can get out of this it might actually help them.
