The frustrating thing is Lajovic isn't doing anything special - Not even serving all that well, but his opponent is having trouble getting any returns back in court.
I'm wondering if a change of equipment would help Felix. That Pure Aero VS mold that he is using is a more controlled version of the standard Pure Aero, but it still provides plenty of power (maybe too much power). All I know is that his forehand continues to sail long and is costing him matches.
Rebecca will face top seed Aryna Sabalenka in her next match as Sabalenka just eliminated Sloane Stephens (Sloane was actually up a break in set 3 before Sabalenka rallied for the win).

I don't think Uncle Toni is a great fit with Felix. He was great for Rafas mental game but tactically since Moya took over, Rafa has been playing better.
Shapovalov is really struggling against Tiafoe. Double faulted away a break early. Going to be a disappointing tournament if he doesn't get it together.
EDIT: And now down love 40 on his serve... only to double fault away another one. Just didn't even show up for this match.
EDITEDIT: 6-1 Tiafoe in 26 minutes.

Bit more fight in that second set to make it at least appear interesting, but overall not a close match. Tiafoe with 13 break chances, Denis with 0.

Happy 50th birthday to the player that started my love for tennis.....Pistol Pete Sampras. As a kid he was my favorite, it's such a shame he retired so early, he's only 10 years older than Fed but the gap seems so much wider. Had Pete played as long as Fed, he would have retired in 2011
I'm so sad we missed out on some epic Nadal and Djokovic vs Sampras matches. Here is a match against Federer in 2008 while he didn't win, it proves he still would have been great.
