Not sure why the team goes out to strengthen their bullpen at the deadline and, in the biggest moment of one of the biggest games of the season, they bring in Patrick fricking Murphy.

What a frustrating game. Every time the bats get a run or two the pitchers just let the Sox score again. Hard to comeback in games when the opponent scores a run every inning.

Odd that Vlad stole 2nd when they’re three runs out. I like it but I wish they’d do it more. The team is at times reluctant to go for it.
