Since the deadline has passed, and we're still with the "old flames," does anyone know when EA usually puts out its roster update for online matches?

I know its still the day of the trade deadline, but do they even care anymore? I don't think there has been 1 update all year.

EA is the worst company when it comes to updates. It wouldnt surprise me at all if they dont update the rosters.

And it's bad enough that you have to be a Gold Live member to download rosters. I was able to use my free 48 hour card to get the last roster update they had but it looks like I have to do the latest roster update manually.

I know that it'll be out after the deadline, probably within 10 days of it i'd think.

Seems that this is where EA Sports earns all their money, they force you to buy next year's game which has all the updated rosters.

Isn't that a pretty good appeal for a game, new rosters, new uniforms, new rankings?? I dont know about you, but I like when the new one comes out because of the updated rosters and rankings.

For example, do you want to be playing next and have markus naslund rated as high as he is now when he clearly is havin a sub par season and would have his rankings go down. to me, the more up to date the better.

If you have the game for PC roster updates are available all the time, for free. PLUS you can install mods like these:

Its exactly the same as the XBOX version (not the 360). With the mods that have been made to the gameplay, the AI is actually decent and its a great game to play. The Xbox 360 graphics are good but the game is full of flaws.

Oh, I completely agree, it's a very good appeal. I generally buy the new games as well, to get the new updates.

Can anybody give me the ratings if any of the new Flames(Moss, Boyd, Prust, .etc) were added? I only have a Silver membership which doesnt let you download rosters.

Why would they update that? They'll be in next years game. Blame The Sabres for releasing the designs too late.

Just shut the game off... but off the top of my head i think it was something like this

Moss- 67
Boyd- 71
Prust- 69
Maki- 69? (least sure about this one)

Actually no.. they couldn't have. All the faces and models for the game were done prior to the coaching change.

What I'm asking for is their full ratings so that I can create them since EASports for some stupid reason only lets Gold Live members be able to download rosters. I'm not a multiplayer so it's a waste of money for me to get the Gold membership.
