Dadonov had a really rough year in OTT. Bumped to 3rd line usage, off the PP. Two years left at 5M.

I look at that, and I see a negative reclamation project, and Ottawa managed to get a third and a decent young Dman. Ottawa didn't even bother to protect Dadonov.

Dadonov would have been the perfect reclamation project for Treliving to get in on - legit top6 RW, fast, good motor, and only 2 years left on his deal.
