Flames acquire rights to Nikita Zadorov for 3rd acquired in Rittich trade

Zadorov, a native of Moscow, Russia, has played 411 career games netting 23 goals and adding 60 assists for 83 points along with 419 penalty minutes with stops in Buffalo, Colorado and Chicago. The 6-foot-6, 235-pound defenceman was originally drafted in the 1st round (16th overall) by Buffalo in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

If the Flames can get Zadorov and Ritchie then it makes moving Lucic for Zucker so much easier as those 2 guys bring the snarl

Yes and he is one year from UFA. So he can ride an arbitration award and leave if his team can't come to terms.
