Pens probably wanted to give us Zucker back knowing our past interest. With Oilers retention, Milan is actually cheaper on the cap by 250k. But both guys have same term remaining. Zucker is more productive for sure, but may have us in his NTC(?)

Makes me think they very focused on getting something completed. Eichel? We shall see.

I’m hearing the Buffalo ask for Eichel from Vegas is Smith, Peyton Krebs, Nic Hague and a first-rounder.
That's pretty close to my offer for CGY of Mangi, Kylington, Pelletier and a 1st.

There's a couple of million extra and a year extra of Monahan vs, Smith. From all accounts, Buffalo doesn't want to take on chunks of salary.
Smith 5m is likely the top of the line for them.

What are the chances Monahan has Buffalo on his No Trade List? I'm thinking pretty high... If that's the case then Mangiapane will have to be involved judging by that Vegas package.

Dube + 1st + 2nd + Zary/Pelletier (+ Valimaki)?
