At least 60% of CP only watch sports to complain.
They’re like that Karen from accounting who actually has no personality except to complain. I think some people’s personalities are fuelled by it.

we could just sign him now to his ELC so everyone can enjoy the pick. He commited to Harvard three years ago, i'm sure the prospect of playing on a line with Tkachuk and Lindholm could sway him.
and then acquire Eichel
Tkachuk - Lindholm - Coronato
Gaudreau - Eichel - Mangiapane

It is happening as we speak so you'll have to wait until they put the coverage of it under their site archives, if you can't tune in.

Literally just said "I want to play for the Calgary Flames."
If that doesn't shut up the doubters, I really have no idea what will.

What is really cool about this pick is we have an actual sniper in the prospect pool and one that shoots right. We haven’t had one of those since Iggy. Hope he is ready to go in two years!

Coronato is, of course an Italian name (like another smallish but good player I know). And it derives from the Italian word for “crowned” (nice!) which is of course “corona”.

Can't find the post that had his NHLE almost identical to Zary's but I found that interesting.
I always had Zary ahead of Pelletier, until Pelletier's performance at the WJC at Christmas. From that, I put Pelletier ahead.
But I think it is splitting hairs, I think they are probably all at a very similar level.
The idea of the 3 of them as a line is pretty great though!

I'm really excited about the Coronato pick. RW goal scorer? Yes please.

100% this.
We really don’t have a player that can burn down the wing and flat out beat a goalie with a shot from distance. Hoping he can deliver this at the NHL level.

Could end up that way only because he plays much bigger. (and is) My guess is he plays in the NHL at 200 lbs or close to it.
Long long ways away from that though.

Nice to get a guy who is projected to be a top 6 talent, who plays RW.
Finally filling in that gaping hole on the right side with legit talent. Overdue.
