Man, SF threw around the money. It's nice to have cap space, and a large amount is backloaded, but OMG.
At least BY is back (how long can he go on?).

I think Greg Olsen is a lock for a first round pick after his workout...so unless GB takes him at 16....they won't be getting him.

Yeah, it's strange to see them pick up a guy, they usually produce backs like nobody's business.

Brian Simmons to the Saints, nice addition imo, solid MLB, and a good leader, I have no idea what the Bengals were doing letting him walk.

Because he's getting up there and the Bengals easily have a few up and comers who can replace him.

He was their defensive playcaller and only vet in the Linebacking corps, Espn reported that the Cincy f.o. was divided on his release aka Lewis didn't wan't him gone. Oh he managed to not get himself arrested in Cincy as well, that should be worth a raise.

Are there any ex-49ers that the Raiders won't sign?

Well looks like the Chiefs might be willing to let Trent Green move on. For the type of offence Herm Edwards likes to run, Damon Huard is probably better suited for it. Must be part of a plan to phase in Brody Croyle by the end of the season and move forward.

I love how Joey is coming to Miami.
How do you like this lineup for the 3-4 defence.
Joey Porter, Channing Crowder, Zach Thomas, Jason Taylor ( I know JT is a DE but he lines up as a linebacker sometimes in the 3-4 defence.
AFC East is really making some noise this year in the FA market.

Fish need a QB before I'll even consider them a contender.

You mean Cleo Lemon doesn't qualify as a QB.
