I dont know how they're gonna trade Voracek except in a bad contract for bad contract deal. Maybe for Tarasenko?

Gaudreau one for one. Voracek has an $8.25 AAV for 3 years (makes less than that in cash). Big LHS RW.

It wouldn’t take Monahan plus or Gaudreau for voracek. They’d be sending us more than a second and 7th like with ghostbear for nothing.

Voracek is nowhere near the liability GB is. He has similar points to Gaudreau over the last few years. Plus he’s big.
The contract ain’t great, but it’s will look better with a cap bump.

If you can’t sign Gaudreau, you need to replace him.
And Monahan had half the points Voracek did.

I'd rather go younger, even if you're paying for a little bit of potential, than pick up a 32-year-old (when puck drops) Voracek.
I think that'd be a big mistake.

OK, it was dumb. But that was because of the $$, not because he’s terrible. They also didn’t take a number of other good players because of money.
Flyers retain and it’s not bad to look at him.
