Who is Arthur Rinderknech? He's a 25 year old Frenchman who just defeated RBA (#2 seed) in straight sets 6-2 6-4 at the Swiss Open tourney. He recently cracked the top 100 and played a fantastic match today.

Felix has a pretty good draw. Leylah on the other hand gets Yastremska in round 1 and if she advances will likely face Krejčíková in round 2.

It's amazing how much kick Denis is getting on his second serve. Obviously, you want to make as many first serves as you can, but that second serve is bouncing around his opponent's head which is really tough to return with any pace.
Shapo takes the opening set 6-2 over the young kid Kopriva.
Edit: Kopriva is actually two years older than Denis lol

It certainly looked like Denis wanted to be anywhere but playing tennis on clay today. Pretty uninspired performance losing 2-6 6-3 6-2 to a guy ranked outside the top 200.

I wish he didn't skip the Olympics but I understand why he did. Just sucks because I think he would have been more willing and ready to play in Tokyo.
