I loved how far down the absurdity of multiple Loki’s they took it. You though the Aligator was the limit but the. They have a betrayal of a betrayal of a betrayal followed by an Aligator biting off the hand of Loki followed by the hero’s just backing away from the absurdity.
It also sets up an interesting question will Sylvie betray Loki or Loki betray Sylvie at the end one of the two is ending up as the Loki who can’t change and the other like classic Loki who did change.
I think Sylvie betrays Loki at the end crushing him because in general Loki’s don’t change. The Nexus event triggered by them on Lamentis wasn’t them falling in love with each other but instead Loki falling in love and willing to sacrifice himself for Sylvie which made the current branch in which the TVA is in jeopardy possible.
No idea who is at the end of time though. Lots of crazy beings available.

We're just the sum totals of our experiences and our genetics, and since the alternate reality version is different in both respects then yes.
Even if the genetics were identical I still don't see much of an issue unless they plan on having baby Lokis.
