well, sadly, a lot of teams could have drafted him in 2012, including Calgary...happened during the infamous Jankowski draft year.
Calgary needs a non lottery pick to turn out like that for a change...
three Cups in 17 years for Tampa...a bit frustrating to see.

Does Tampa not employ a media relations guy? Is he too busy partying to pay attention?
Seriously, how else does a three sheets to the wind Kucherov make it on air to be interviewed? The guy sounded bombed and made a complete ass of himself. Watching a guy slur and cuss his way thru and interview was not a good look. Entertaining but not professional.
I take that back. He’s not bombed. He sounds like he’s coked out of his skull.

Tampa did a great job building through the draft but should have been forced to make some tough roster decisions the past off season like Chicago did a decade ago. Would still be a cup contender but would have more competition.
