Yay for the win for sure, but once again the bullpen can't get thru a game without giving up runs. Thankfully the offense is scoring enough to cover their terribleness.

Romano has been absolutely nails for this team so it seems a bit unfair to jump all over him for a somewhat shaky performance, I get everyone gets triggered if the bullpen gives up a run or two but Romano is absolutely a stud.

Yeah thats fair. But that's the point I was making yesterday, it seems like it's always a different guy giving up runs every game. The bullpen as a whole has me on edge, they are such an unreliable group and it's really hurt this team.

Really need to win tomorrow, to get within two. Then they get Baltimore flying back from the West Coast.

We are all pretty gun shy with this catastrophe of a bullpen! Just be thankful we beat the Rays!

Nice job by Ray to strikeout the side after giving up a walk and double

I hate Ryan Yarbrough. The dude sums up the Rays vs. Jays matchup perfectly. He's a middling pitcher against the rest of the league. Even spent some time in the pen or as an opener. But against the Jays he's a career 6-1 with a 2.43 ERA and pretty much dominates them in every area.
Nice to see Grichuk touch him up. But they need to find away to get to him and sweep the series.

Ugly 6th inning. Top and Bottom. Bad defence followed by bad base running.

But really here it’s about the offence. Only let in two runs through eight, just need to manage a run or two here late.

Glad to have Dolis back lol.
Oh well. 2 out of 3 ain’t bad against the Rays. Still concerning how bad they are in close games though.
Hopefully they can sweep the Orioles.

Inexplicable how Dolis continues to be gifted high leverage innings while being genuinely not good this year. Like the guy is the complete opposite of what you what in high leverage spots. Inconsistent, wild, and inefficient. Him and Trent Thornton are two players that need to be removed from this bullpen but Montoyo and co love them for whatever reason, it’s impossible to explain.

Dolis is one of my least favourite Jays. He’s excruciating to watch.

Funny thing is they had Romano warming up next to him with a day off tomorrow so he can easily pitch 2 days in a row. But ‘toyo gonna ‘toyo.
