But since the Makarov rule was implemented? Maybe him or Panarin. Can't think of a third.

Right, but college/minors are different than AHL/Euro pro in my opinion (though the latter is a little more blurry).

Ovechkin was a "5th year pro" and Malkin a 4th yr, but that also had to do with the lockout (and both were still 20 or younger when they won).

Nabokov and Belfour were both 25, but makes more sense for goalies.

Alfredsson and Selanne were both 22 with 3 pro years under their belt. Forsberg had played 4.25 seasons in the SEL.
