I don’t need to see the Habs win their 25th Stanley Cup. I just hope the final round gives us great hockey, instead of the let down that so often happens.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but Go Habs. Ugh.
Well said on the years. The one thing about 1986 was that the FU was fired back to the Habs in 1989!

Whoops, should have gone in the GT... Oh well, they already touched it. Worked for them last year.
The Habs should've touched it as well like they did in 1993 and that worked out.

Pardon my French but #### the other Canadian teams. Also, it would be weird if a team that barely made the playoffs, and doesn't have a great roster on paper won the whole thing. Plus, a friend of mine took his son to a Lightning game and the ice girls gave the kid a bunch of swag for going to his first game.

Normally I would agree but this is about fair play and the integrity of the game for me at this point. TB manipulated the rules to have a clear advantage over everybody else. Cheating is cheating, F that team. Go Habs.

TBL has way to many weapons. Habs are playing good, but Price will literally have to put on the best goaltending performance in Habs history to pull this off. I just don't see it happening, but will gladly take a Habs win over the TBL.
True, most Cinderella teams run out of gas. Dryden started that, Roy repeated it, and now Price has to repeat it.

Not cheering for either. Prefer Habs but only because they're Canadian, but really...neither is the Flames. I do respect the Habs - at least their fans - for cheering the Flames on Forum ice in 1989. Classy move. Don't care about Alex Burrows.

I don't respect TBL (2004) and would certainly prefer for them to lose.

I expect the reffing to be atrocious. And I don't expect we'll see Wes McAuley. No idea what the story is there....maybe he wouldn't bow down to the Bettman Mafia?

Montreal will get swept and their fan base will be devastated.

Kucherov will win the Conn Smythe going away and every other fan base will be up in arms.

Let’s go!

Seems fitting that the Lightning are once again in the finals facing a Canadian team. They faced the Flames in the last Stanley Cup final of the obstruction years of the NHL pre-lockout and they are now facing a Canadian team at the return of obstruction hockey. Can't wait for game one where the team that scores first will sit back and lock things down in hopes of winning 1-0. Fantastic hockey!

Another team with a red jersey and a C on the crest. I know who I’m cheering for, Tbay can lose hard as far as I’m concerned. Go Habs!

The Eastern Conference has won 5 of the last 6 cups if you include this year.
Gone are the days of LA and Chicago carrying the West.

Totally looking like the era of Pittsburgh and Tbay if the lightning pull this off but man I’m hoping they trip on their own hype and get surprised by a very determined Price and Habs team.

Big shout out to the top 4 D on the Habs, they’ve been such a treat to watch and also a big shout out to Perry who gained a ton of respect from me this playoffs. Truly a hate him unless you have him type player but he’s been such a battler and warrior this year and went absolute beast mode against the Knights which was epic to watch.

Also Habernac - here’s to hoping for the Habs my friend! Excited for you!!

Wondering what ol Jonathan Drouin is up to these days. The Habs could use the extra firepower against his old team.

Hoping the Cheaters lose. They've never really won a real cup and I hope they realize this . Thats reality fellas. Your a bunch of cheating , dirty, entitled SOBS.

May the refs , and cameras expose your fraudulent arses. Go HABS

I honestly think Tampa Bay needs to be investigated for cap circumvention. That’s just too convenient for my liking.

I’m cheering for the Habs but I think Tampa repeats and wins in 6 games.

If the Habs win, then Mrs Puppet will be happy. Which will have certain benefits for me.
