How many goals do they have in the series?
That’s the story 5v5 and on the PP.

That graphic they showed during the 2nd period was damning. What was it? 3 goals from the entire group and it was all from the 2nd line? Ugly.

Fair, I'd say they were also highly motivated after getting swept the year before as president trophy winners in round 1.

I think the simplest explanation is that the habs are playing their system to a T and the Knights are not able to play theirs because of what Montreal is doing. That then leads to a loss of confidence by vegas (so obvious particularly on the PP and missing the net from 25 feet in front...by 5 feet).
Its truly that simple IMO and no none of it could be happening without price being dialed in earlier in the playoffs buyt he is just another player on the team who is doing his job.
The way the Habs are playing is hard. Hard to stick with it repeatedly especially, but when they do, they are nearly impossible to beat without guys making major gaffes. On the flip side when you frustrate the other guys like this, thats when mistakes start to happen.
the 3rd will supply us some of that Im guessing as vegas needs to start cheating and taking some chances...should provide chances on both ends.
Watching both MTL and the NYI (sans last night) has been awesome this year. The bolts arent far off on this style either.
Defense wins.

Didn't think the Habs stood a chance in this series.
Can't believe they're on the verge of going up 3-2 in the 3rd round.
If the Flames could/would have flipped the script on Ottawa the Habs wouldn't even be in the playoffs.

This series and game, it’s remarkable how hard the Habs Fs track and disrupt Vegas when they are attacking on the rush.
They are relentless.

Remember when we all thought the habs were just pretenders and were easily the worse team heading into the playoffs.

I thought they would probably beat Toronto but lose to Winnipeg.

I love chaos.
Hoping NYI can win tomorrow and force a Game 7 because a NYI - MTL final would be great.

So assuming the Habs make it through, they can't possibly shut Tampa down with all their weapons, right?!
