Default Edmonton is proud to be the first human case of rabies in 2 decades

Alright, I wasn't trying to make fun of a dying man. maybe the thread title needed work (Mod, maybe you can change.)

And outofthecube, it was an incident that has not happened in Alberta in 2 decades.

Ok, normally I like making fun of Edmonton, but I just don't see the need in this case.
