seems that way, Avs are way better on paper IMO...to be fair the Avs were a crossbar away from being up 3-0.

So is Janmark the best deadline trade this season? I can't think of another.

Byron and Kulak playing in the semi-finals.

Strange days.

Palmieri acquisition has been more impactful

Palmieri and Zajac have been great for NYI too.

I don't care if he was on the seasoned side, I still wanted Palmieri here.

Great RW option, along with Toffoli last summer.

I know Montreal fans were hoping Price and a solid defensive effort could win them this series, but they really can't get much going at all offensively.

Unless that changes they are in trouble. Lots of time left though.

I think that's it for Game 1.

Montreal needs to regroup and get going in Game 2 or this will be a short series.

Game over. Series over. No way MTL wins 4 of the next 6.

Price has kept them in this game, it should not be this close.

Are fans allowed in the Montreal home games?

Habs just don't have the guns for this, and never did.

Canada has work to do if any team here hopes to touch the hardware any time soon.

Toronto could have a shot with a Price-level goalie. But they won't get that in their window.

They've had a limited number of fans since partway through the Toronto series.

2500 last series.

They want more than that allowed for game 3 but I think the health ministry or something has to give them the green light.

Their only hope is if they score first. Looked pretty good in the first 10 min tied. They can probably shutdown Vegas with a lead but I don't see them coming back.

I'm not sure of that. Maybe, but I think Vegas is still too strong in every area. But I agree, they need to score first to really have a hope if their offense is going to be this non-existent.
