This is going exactly how I expected.

The best teams we had up here were B tier.

The US boasts several A-level clubs. Vegas is one of them. They are just a cut above, and a great goalie performance is only going to keep it relatively close.

Yup. Montreal looked okay for awhile in this game, not dangerous, but not struggling, but Vegas is too slick, has too many weapons.

Vegas seems to get better as the game/series go on...they aren't as flashy as some teams but they are incredibly solid. Far better than any north div team.

I’m not a guy who cries a bout coaches not making in game adjustments because I think they are overblown a little. BUT Deboer seems to do it well.

They'll play the games, but Montreal is taking one, maybe two games tops, if they get some extremely fortunate bounces.

Vegas is just so relentless, and when they do have a setback, are so good at bouncing back.

It's a division 2 team playing a division 1 team that just took out a team that looked poised to steamroll its way to a cup.

Habs are the biggest underdogs in history...if they lose this one 4 of 6 is highly unlikely for Montreal IMO
